We get a lot of questions from people who ask what they need to do before we come to them to give them a spray on tan. It’s actually al pretty easy, so don’t stress. Just follow these simple guidelines pre spray tan.

Remove dead skin - some people like to exfoliate, but a good scrub with a sponge or washer in the shower is enough. Basically you want to remove any dead skin pre spray tan so that it doesn’t peel off after the tan has been applied. That can leave streaks.

Moisturiser - Try to apply moisturiser to your whole body after you have exfoliated. Of course, all of this should be done the night before you get the tan. The moisturiser helps smooth your skin in preperation for your spray on tan.

Wear old clothes - sometimes excess tanning fluid can stain clothes, so if you want to be extra careful then make sure you wear old or dark clothes.

That’s about it really. We can help you get through the rest!

So you’re looking for the best spray tan that you can possibly get. Many people are, but really miss the point of what to look out for. Here are some tips that will get you the best possible spray tan.

Check Out Our Current Spray Tan Special Here.

For starters, make sure you buy (or your spray tanner is using) a paraben free spray tanning lotion or spray. Paraben based products have a terrible habit of leaving streaks in the tan. If you want a smooth and even tan, then you should try to avoid these inferior products.

Secondly, try to make sure that the ingredients of the lotion or spray that you are using are organic. This is just a personal bias, but I feel a lot more comfortable with an organic based tanner than I do with harsh chemicals.

Consider using a mobile spray tanner or going to a salon. The simple fact is that a professional will do a better job than you can by yourself. They are used to applying the tans to their customers and they have a lot of practice. If you’re worried about the price, then you might be pleasantly surprised with most spray tanners charging somehwhere between $30 and $50 which is quite reasonable.

Remember to exfoliate before you apply the tan. This just stops the chances that any skin might come away and leave a blotch after your tan has been applied.

Most importantly, take notice of what your spray tanner is recommending. If you are using a professional then they know what they are talking about!

Taking a few simple precautions can ensure that you get the best spray tan for yourself, regardless of budget. Take this advice and you should be on the right path!

The recent surge in the spray tan business has prompted a lot of people to start asking why there has been such a surge. Most companies that offer spray tan services have experienced a massive increase in business over the last year and so and it shows no sign of slowing. But why is spray tanning becoming so popular? Who are these new groups of people who are turning to spray tans rather than opting for tradition tanning methods such as sun beds or sun bathing? Here is our take on the spray tanning phonomena.

For starters, a spray tan is a safe alternative to other tanning methods. There is no reason to revisit the harsh effects of lying on a beach. There is the danger of skin cancer as well as the trauma caused to the skin by the harsh sun. While many people still go to the beach to get a tan, there are an abundance of government and private bodies that are trying to persuade people out of this way of thinking. The fact is that it is a dangerous way to get a tan.

So too, sun beds have been proven not to be safe. 2008 saw several cases of skin cancer brought about by the regular use of tanning beds that use UV light to give people a tan. There was a massive exodus of people who became afraid of getting a tan this way.

Spray tans on the other hand have no such known negative health effects. In fact, the US National Cancer Institute actually recommends spray tanning as a safe alternative if you are inistent on getting a tan. That is quite a recommendation!

So what is the best way to go about getting the best spray tan?

Well, while there are many creams and potions that you can buy in a store to use on yourself, better results are usually gained by employing the services of a professional spray tanning outfit. Somebody with experience in applying the tan will know which are the better spray tans to use too.

Generally speaking, the better spray tan potions don’t contain paraben and are also made of organic ingredients. Be sure to ask about this if you are using a professional spray tanner to apply your tan.

Another reason that spray tans are taking off is that they don’t require the client to travel to a salon or store. Mobile spray tanning businesses are booming due to the high convenience and low cost of getting a tanner to come straight to your home or office. That is something that a beach or a tanning bed cannot do.

So looking at all of these factors, it really isn’t that difficult to see why the spray tanning industry is going from strength to strength. The convenience and saftey of a spray tan as compared to other ways of getting a tan is simply a far more attractive proposition for people who like to enjoy a nice tan, all year around.

Every day thousands of women spend a fortune in beauty products trying to find the fountain of youth. Every line of beauty products promises the same thing; and every one claims to be the best. You will often see beautiful models promoting the various lines of beauty products. The truth is that genetics and air-brushing the photos have a lot more influence on them than what beauty products they use; most likely they don’t even use the product they are promoting. I would like to share with you three of my little known skin beauty tips. Every day people mistake me for being between five to ten years younger than I really am, because of the way that I take care of my skin.

Tip number one: Consistency and routine

When it comes to finding the right facial cream, you don’t need to pay big money for a name brand. Every cream claims to have some kind of new “super ingredient” that will reverse the signs of aging. The truth is you need to start taking care of your skin even before fine lines begin to appear. There is no “magic” cream, almost any moistureizer will work as well as another. The secret is consistency. You must wash your face every night and liberally apply the moistureizer, massaging it into your face. Sleep with your hair pulled back, away from your face. In the morning, wash your face again, afterward splashing it with cold water to tone and close pores. Let your face air dry before applying moistureizer. If you are prone to acne this is the time to aplly your acne cream. Don’t spend alot of money for name brands. The secret is to look at the ingredients. There are two types of acne medication; one is salylic acid, the other is benzyol peroxide. Most pharmacies carry generic brands of either one for about one tenth of the price of the name brands.

Tip number two: diluting your liquid foundation.

For every day use I have found that most liquid foundation is very thick and heavy. A great way to help not only protect your skin, but also to have a more flattering natural look is by diluting your liquid foundation. Do not dilute it ahead of time, but as you need it. In the palm of your hand, place one drop of sun block lotion with an SPF of fifteen, and two drops of your liquid foundation; mix together with a Q-tip then apply to your face as you normally would. For trouble skin spots that still show through the diluted foundation, you can touch them up with a little un-diluted liquid foundation. When choosing the sunblock it is best to choose a facial moisturizer with SPF protection. Regular sunblock is very greasy and could clog pores.

Tip number three: Remove facial make-up safely and effectively

When it comes time to remove your make-up, you don’t need expensive eye makeup remover. Soap and water probably is not a good idea either unless you want red irritated eyes. The best way to remove eye make up is with plain petroleum jelly. A large jar is usually sold for only a couple of dollars, and it should last ou at least a month. With your fingers, apply to your eyelids and eyelashes, and rub in. With a cotton pad gently wipe off the petroleum jelly, the eye make up will come off with it. This also works for removing foundation and lipstick.

I hope these three tips will help you to attain the skin you have been looking for.
